On a better note, I'm done with my christmas shopping (for the most part, I'm sure i'll pick up more).
I'm all anxious to give them out. I love giving presents, especially ones that I put a lot of thought into (which is about 99% of the gifts I give). This year I got my mom a Foreman griller (yikes now I have to eat the stuff she makes with it haha), a watch, this light up waterfall picture thing shes been wanting which is kinda tacky but kinda pretty and she wanted it so thats what matters, ummm and some stocking stuffers like a candle & little lotions from bath & body works plus some other little things. Then I got my aunt an awesome pair of like flip flop slippers and this apple corer shes been wanting. I swear to you she is the hardest person to shop for and she's kinda a wench sometimes so you know if you get her something lame she'll talk about it behind your back. But I know she'll like what I got her. I don't know why she wanted an apple corer though because she already has this awesome gadget that makes little curly slices out of the apple. Oh and I may pick her up a gift certificate to get a pedicure cause I want to pick my mom up one too.
Then I got my friends some really cool stuff but I can't say what it is because although I trust them not to read this they may say "oh we forgot and saw this" :). I love shopping for them. Most are really appreciative for the stuff. One of the things I got Sasha is a little leprechaun smurf, she already knows about it and is so happy its funny. I sent Cloe's stuff already so hopefully she'll get it by christmas - actually I hope she'll get it by the 22nd because I think that's yule and I think that's what she celebrates. I wish she could be here for x-mas that;d be awesome.
Next I got my nephew The Pirates of the Caribbean DVD and This awesome police and rescue chopper playset I found at target on clearance for 10.50. Booya! Its made by the same people that make the HUGE pirate playset my mom got him so I think its interchangeable or something. So he can have a police station on the pirate island and have helicopters to rescue those who were wrongly made to walk the plank. I got my neice a cute strawberry shortcake doll, then i got her some bunny slippers since she liked mine so much, annnnnnd a My Little Pony book. I'm quite pleased because I calculated it out and I spent about the same amount on both of them so now I wont have to feel bad like I chose favorites.
I people's pets gifts too. I got the dogs a bunch of treats and stuff. I think I'm going to get Cloe's baby doggy a little charm for her collar. Cloe had gotten her one but it broke =(.
You may be thinking "wow thats quite a bit of stuff" and "you're insane". Well you're right about both...but I'm not done yet. I also chipped in with my mom on some of the gifts for my aunts and grandma. I got one of my friends the New Pennywise CD, and another some axe (kinda a joke thing) and one of those grow-a-dates. I also made one of my friends mom a gift basket because she's a really sweet and thoughtful lady. I was so excited too because I found an awesome basket to put the stuff in at wal-mart for 50 cents. Oh and since many of my friends are male It's become my responsibilty to help them shop for their moms/girlfriends/sisters and to wrap presents. I love wrapping presents though. And my friend Cameron already gave me my christmas present which was really nice cause I wasn't even expecting anything. It was some little boys TMNT underwear (dont ask) and CANDY ...lots of candy because I'm addicted to it.
